These inspections provide the consumer with certified reports as to whether the concern or failure is due to a manufacturing defect, installation mistake or oversight, improper maintenance procedures or locally induced causes. The inspections and reports are based on manufacturer’s installation guidelines (standards) and any national guidelines that are available from the governing trade groups such as the NWFA (National Wood Flooring Association), CRI (Carpet and Rug Institute) and the TCNA (Tile Council of North America, Inc). Using these nationally accepted standards and guidelines provide for an honest, unbiased and documented report of the findings during the inspection.

Dale & Associates base all of their final reports on national and manufacturer’s guidelines and will provide an unbiased inspection.
